Next meet is the 4A Regional Meet @ Ottawa on Saturday, Oct. 20.

 

The boys XC team had a breakout race and the girls ran well to capture 3rd place in the Frontier League.
Racing behind Ivan Espinosa’s 12th place 2nd Team All-League performance, 6 runners ran personal bests on a tough Rimrock Farm course, pushing Eudora to 5th place. Emily Ballock became the 2nd fastest Eudora girl to run this course, behind school record holder Brittney Graff.
Earning All-League status were Espinosa and Ballock 2nd Team; Lauren Colman(18) and Liz Hoese(19) 3rd Team All-League.

• Girls establish new list, as this is first time running 4K on this course.

Next meet is the 4A State Meet @ Wamego on Saturday, Oct. 27.

 

Saturday @ the Ottawa 4A Regional meet, Eudora qualified the girls team and one boy individual for the State meet next Saturday. Emily Ballock captured the 7th place medal and Juan Ramirez took the 8th place spot to lead their teams to 3rd and 5th places respectively.
Eudora will be represented at State by Emily, Lauren Colman(20th), Liz Hoese(22nd), Kaya Riemann(26th), Bre Miller(46th), Steph Hoese(50th) and Molly Brunton(60th). Juan Ramirez will represent Eudora at State. Ivan Espinosa(23rd), John Hadle(35th), Colby Root(37th), Zack Courter(50th), Isaac Smoots(75th), and Chase Brecheisen (79th) raced to a strong 5th place showing in the 15 school regional.
